This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Deviancy occurs when an individual opposes the rules of conduct laid out by the society in which they live. So deviancy can take many forms; the more extreme being illegal. Wearing your pants on backwards is deviant behavior in our American society (at least it used to be). Here in San Francisco the multitudes of people are all from different societies; making it difficult to discern what behavior may be considered deviant to each sociological group. Deviance occurs for many reasons: Some do it to get attention (a form of advertising. Some deviate to get by (selling drugs or prostituting because other employment options didn't pan out). Some do it because their societys rules seem wrong and they become a voice for change. Whatever an individuals reason for indulging deviant behavior; it is only deviant to those ignorant of the need for that deviancy. The morality of deviance all depends upon your point of view, the span of your world view. As a behavior it is right and it is wrong to one and the other.
Discovered your work through SFAAU site. I love the expressiveness of your figure and face sculptures, esp death mask, forgive and forget, and the woman on her side tied down. The blindfold very degas sans pretty! I can relate.
